About me

A BIT ABOUT ME

I am a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach.

I've dipped in and out of fitness throughout my life but it wasn't until I got injured in the summer of 2021 and consequently went through years of physiotherapy, MRI's, scans, and faced the possibility of double major surgery that I got dully invested in my own personal fitness and health. I became consistent with my gym training and realised what a big impact the gym had on my mental and physical health; the gym simply became my "happy place" in times of mental and physical struggles. The positive and friendly environment in the gym helped me deal with my chronic pain from Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, along with courses of acupuncture and physiotherapy.

I am continuing with my own fitness journey but I hope to excite and inspire others along the way. I wish to contribute to the community and experience that helped me so much during recent times.

I wish to help people reach their fitness goals, whilst also nurturing their physical and mental well-being. I hope to give others the experience I received from a friendly, positive, enthusiastic yet safe space to workout in.
