I have been into sport and fitness throughout my life, but it wasn't until around 2019 that i truly discovered the physical & mental benefitrs that fitness can bring to you. Having struggled & battled with my mental health, movement was the one medicine that helped me see through the dark days. I focussed on performance based goals to keep me motivated, & then the mential & physical benefits soon followed.
After having seen how much exercise & movement helped me personally, I decided that I wanted to help as many people as possible, to help them become the best nad fittest versions of themselves. That is how I decided to take the plunge & become a personal trainer!
Over the years I have competed competitively in Crossfit & functional fitness competitions, alongside half, full and ultra marathons. I have a love & passion for functional fitness & enjoy pushing myself in hope to pass that same passion onto others.
I specialise in functional fitness, training for longevity & making training & health sustainable & manageable for everyone. When you work with me, I will make sure that your results are gained through a sustainable, enjoyable approach, with focus on appreciating what your body can do & not what it does or doesnt look like.
