Not only have I been consistent in reaching my own physical goals, aswell as helping others; I care considerably; am soooo determined and extremely passionate about helping others transform themselves and meet their goals in health, weight loss and self-love, as I know, myself, just how transformational it really can be- having lost 70kg in a year and a half!

'You cannot pour from and empty cup' and YOU also derserve the love that you pour into others.
