Hi I'm Jess, I've played sports since before I can remember and when it came time for me to stop, I felt a bit lost. That's when I put more time and effort intomy workouts and going to the gym, and I gradually started to feel more and more confident. This is what I want to help other women achieve too.
The gym can be a hard place to navigate if you’renew, kind of know what you’re doing but are a little lost, or even experienced but hitting a bit of awall with your training. I come from a sporting background so I knew how important exercise was, but I just didn’t have the confidence in the gym. So i’ve been in the same position. That’s why I want tohelp you with your fitness journey, regardless ofyour experience.
