Hi, I’m Gav, a dad of 2, a personal trainer and nutritionist.
I have always been into the gym but from a young age, I struggled with my weight. I have done most the diets, fell for the fads online and this is why I got into fitness as a career.
I wanted to help people achieve their fat loss and health goals in the right way. For over 10 years now I have mainly helped people in their 40s/50s who over time, let their own health slip as they looked after everyone else and didn’t prioritise themselves.
I have a simple program which can be implemented into any busy lifestyle so you don’t have to train everyday or avoid the foods you enjoy, yet still drop fat, become healthier and more confident in your body.
