I have learnt so much over the last 5 years about what it means to be a successful coach; how to work with people; how to understand mindset and behaviours; and how to truly understand an individual in order to guide them to success.
From placing 2nd in the country for Fell Running, to competing in the Hyrox World Champs, my personal experience with fitness is driven by passion and a thirst for always wanting to do better. BE better.
