Hey I’m Sinead; I am 33 and a Mum of 1.
I started my fitness journey around 10 years ago when I moved out of my family home. I had many mental health issues, and I hated the way my body looked so I took that leap in joining a gym and I have never stopped since. Exercise is so good for your mental health, and it also makes changes to your body which gave me so much more confidence in my own skin.
I have always had a strong passion for health and fitness, so I took the leap in going ahead with my true passion and gained a Personal Training qualification.
My aim now is helping others feel and look the best versions of themselves and still having that social life balance. My training methods are tailored around you and designed to help you achieve your goals.
Whether that is increasing muscle mass, losing body fat, toning up or evening becoming more confident in the gym. I can break down these barriers by using my knowledge and experience in training and nutrition to help you gain the results you need.
