My aim as a personal trainer is to help you reach your goals within the gym and outside of it as well. Once you have reached your goals you will feel more confident within yourself you will want to continue to improve yourself and strive to make new ones and reach them as well. It is a constant cycle of improvement, and I will be there with you every step of the way to help you reach them goals and to improve even more to work past them.
I work with beginners and experienced gym goers as well if you have got stuck in your journey and hit a plateau. As a beginner you may have a bit of gym anxiety coming into an area, you’re not fully aware of and that is completely fine everyone else has been in that situation including myself. I would be there with you to help you feel more comfortable within the gym, learn more about fitness and exercise. Or if you already go to the gym and are struggling feeling like you aren’t making any more progress, I will help you work past your plateau and teach you some new things within the gym that you may not be aware of. This is no matter your goals, whether that is strength gaining, weight loss or anything else you have in mind.
In the sessions you complete with me I want you to feel as if you have accomplished something each time and that you are working hard in each of the session. I don’t want you feeling as if you haven’t put in enough effort at any point. I want you to look forward to the sessions with me as well. I am also a qualified sports masseuse and sports and exercise scientist, so I have knowledge in other areas as wel. So that is where sport specific training comes into play, and I will also help athletes improve their game as much as possible, so they are playing at the highest level possible.
I am in the gym a lot training clients, teaching classes or training myself. If you see me come up, have a chat and we can go from there. I offer an initial session for free to get a bit more comfortable with me and the area.
