When I first started going to the gym, like most things we do for the first time, I didn’t have a clue. I was just winging it with no plan, following social media influencers selling a dream and cookie cutter template programmes that just didn’t work. I spent a lot of time and effort and got little in return…
Until I started doing proper strength training with a focus on the main four compound movement; Squat, Bench, Deadlift and Press. Needless to say it changed my life.
Now, I want to pass on everything I’ve learned over the years to you.
As we get older and our body starts to age, proper strength training becomes an essential requirement to living a happier, healthier, more fulfilling life. It’s not just a hobby we do every now and then. It’s a way of life.
