As a personal trainer and online coach, I'm dedicated to helping you to achieve your goals at the gym and in life, whether these are strength focused, specific to a particular sport, for enjoyment, or to prevent or rehabilitate injuries. My goal is to help you be strong for your future, through individualised programmes or sessions tailored to your specific needs, goals and limitations.
I have personal experience with injury prevention and rehab, as well as professional experience of supporting these goals through strength and mobility training. Additionally, I also have years of experience supporting neurodiverse and disabled individuals in both educational and social settings, so I am confident that I can support any additional requirements you may have.
