I work with men and women both trying to gain muscle or lose fat.
**What sets me aside from other personal traininers? **
I'm constantly educating myself in ways to make my clients get the best results possible. I take pride in what I do and I love helping people improve their physical and mental health. Unlike most personal trainers, I walk the walk and managed to drop 25lbs in 16 weeks for my first bodybuilding show where I placed 2nd and was invited to the British finals.
