I'm a level 3 Personal Trainer with over 10 years of nursing experience. My background in healthcare has shaped my empathetic, professional approach, making me passionate about supporting clients through life’s transitions. Whether you’re navigating menopause, seeking weight loss, or improving overall health, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

I specialize in menopause support, nutrition, and weight loss management, with a focus on enhancing well-being rather than chasing a particular body image. Fitness is about so much more than aesthetics – it’s about building strength, confidence, and a healthier mindset.

 My goal is to make exercise enjoyable and accessible for everyone. I design tailored training plans that fit your preferences and align with your goals. Whether you’re new to the gym or a seasoned member, we’ll work together to create a program that keeps you motivated and on track.

 As a former nurse, I understand how mental and physical health are deeply connected.
