As a dedicated individual, my focus is on helping clients, both men and women, who are new to exercise, returning after a break, or seeking to elevate their training beyond their current level, whether that be gym based or performance focused.
I have a keen interest in strength and conditioning, muscle growth as well as increasing cardiovascular fitness. Through such programmes, I believe this gives scope to address clients’ needs such as: muscle hypertrophy, endurance development, strength increase, weight loss, weight gain, and sports performance.
My function, as a personal trainer, is not limited to the aspect of physical training but rather expands towards your development of building an overall healthier lifestyle, physically and mentally. Working with you, I aim to create a solid foundation and a realistic framework to work within to help you achieve those important goals.
While I will create a supportive and positive environment, it is important to understand that I will challenge you and take you beyond your current levels of fitness, effectively and safely. You will be employing me to make the most of your time, and I intend on doing that, as your goals become my aims.
