Hi I’m Matt from MPH Fitness! Although I am late into the fitness industry, like a lot I started when I was at my lowest. I was overweight and struggled to motivated myself. It was by chance I met someone that introduced me to the gym and my journey started.
Since then I have pushed myself and aimed to see where I could get. This lead me to a fitness photoshoot to prove I could do it. I then became a qualified PT to help others with their own journey in some small way and help gain confidence that may have been lost.
My aim is to provide people with the means to achieve their goals and live a happier, healthier life and make it so that the gym is fun not a chore.
It’s a journey with no destination and taken at your own pace.
