Hi, I'm Rhiannon Cooper, and I’m not your typical personal trainer.
I received a late diagnosis of autism and ADHD and since then have lost 100lbs. I found a fitness routine that works for me. Now, I want to help you find yours.
My approach is different. I know the struggles aren’t just physical. They’re mental and emotional too. We’ll work together at your pace, with sessions designed to build confidence. I’ll give you a full tour of the gym and explain everything in advance so there are no surprises. Your programme will be tailored to avoid sensory overwhelm, with printed guides, clear explanations, and alternatives for if the gym feels like too much.
Fitness isn’t one-size-fits-all, and it’s okay to take your time. Outside of the gym, I love blogging and losing myself in a rewatch of The Office.
