Hello, I'm Leighton
I fell in to the gym aged 16yrs after starting proffessional wrestling at the age of 14yrs. The goal was to put on muscle to help my professional wrestling career, but quickly fell in love with training. I have experimented with all different types of training: Bodybuilding, Strength training, Circuit training and even Cross training, but my favourite has to be Bodybuilding.
