About 10 years ago I started struggling with my body image which subsequently impacted my mental health and after trying to ‘fix my body’ in many different ways I finally found fitness, looking at a safe way to improve my relationship with my body image as well as my eating habits. It’s not been easy, and recovery isn’t linear but the best thing you can do is have intention and everyone has to start somewhere.
Over the last year, I have had quite a few injuries which has led me to really improve my form and technique. Therefore, my aim is to help you to gain confidence with not only your lifts and the way you are lifting but with the gym in general and feeling like you belong on the gym floor.
My approach is centred around you and your goals.
