HI TEAM, I'M LIV As one of the many friendly faces you'll see around the gym, my purpose here is to get you moving well and moving with intention. Too many hours are wasted in the gym with misdirected goal seting. it's time to claim your time back and see lasting results. I'm big on the importance of training with and for functionality, quality and fulfillment- as I have found that over many years of trial and error with my own training, the only training you will stick to is the movement you enjoy. My approach is guided by each individual that comes to train with me, we will build solid foundations in all vital movement patters and work from that point.
