- Matrix Varsity Perfect Squat: working to support the natural motion of the body to deliver maximum muscle contraction to develop the glutes, hamstrings and quadriceps
- The Booty Builder V8: this patented machine helps grow your glutes and makes hip-thrusting safer, faster and more effective
- Booty Builder Standing Hip Thrust: an introductory model to help you to start training your glutes, you'll see the results much quicker than other training methods
- Air Bike by Primal: turn up the intensity of your workouts with the latest assault bike, perfect for HIIT, strength & endurance training
- Curved Treadmill by Primal: these non-motorised treadmills allow you to control your workout as they respond to your speed whilst reducing the load on your joints, perfect for HIIT or running workouts

Directions
You can find the gym on Excelsior Road, close to the A48.
BY CAR
From Cardiff city centre, follow either the A4119/Cathedral Road to Cardiff Road and onto the A48.
Alternatively use North Road/A470 and turn left onto A48. Turn left passed Aldi onto Excelsior Road into the estate.
From the M4 use exit 32 onto Northern Avenue/A470, and merge onto A48 using the slip road for University Hospital, and take the 4th exit at the roundabout onto Western Avenue. Turn left past Aldi onto Excelsior Road into the estate and you can park for free on site!*

BY BUS
The nearest bus stop is located outside Tesco on Western Avenue, 0.3 miles away. Other alternative local services are located one street behind the entrance to the club on Western Drive and Aberporth Road.
