It’s all in the detail, to allow us to add the finishing touches to your upgraded club, we will be closed from 10pm Thursday 7th November until 1pm Friday 8th November.

This is open to all members and non-members, and no need to book just show up! The club will be open to any non-members until 5pm.

Great News! Your gym is getting an upgrade!

The upgrade includes:

New functional area with sled track, rig, hip thruster bench, rowers, ski ergs and bike ergs.

Extended free weights area with new 2 bay lifting rig, perfect squat and hack squat machines.

Improved studio with brand new spin bikes and new kit, including pump set, steps and mats.

Brand new flex area with new equipment.

Improved fixed pin area with additional cable machines and new Bootybuilder.

New look & feel throughout the club including improved changing rooms.

Please see notice board in club for start on site date. Please note whilst our teams work on your gym, areas may be closed off, and there will be local notices in place to ensure your safety. We kindly ask that you don't attempt to access these areas during this period.

To top if off, our memberships are contract-free so you can choose to join and leave whenever you want.
