You enter our gyms through the automated access pods or speed gates!
All you need to do is get up the QR code on the PureGym app and use the scanner next to the pod or speed lane. The first door will open, you step in, then the second door will open for you to give you entry into the gym.
Alternatively, you can type your 8-digit PIN into the keypad next to the pod or speed lane, or scan your key fob on the circular part of the keypad. When the light goes green, the first door will open. Please don't forget to press OK once you've typed in your PIN!
Where do you find the QR code?
As soon as you log into the PureGym app, you will see the orange 'Gym Access' button in the bottom right of the 'You' section. Click on this to get your QR code.
