Monthly Membership (Off Peak, Core or Plus)
It’s likely that you can’t cancel because you’re too close to your next payment day or have just made a payment. Online cancellations must be completed at least 4 working days before your payment is due. You can:
- Cancel online after your payment has been processed.
- Contact your bank to cancel the direct debit directly through them. This can be done through most online banking apps.
- If you’re within 4 working days of your payment day but haven't had your payment collected, there's a chance that you can contact your bank for help to prevent the payment collection. Some banks won't support this, and you'll have to cancel after the payment is taken.
Don’t worry, if you cancel whilst a payment has been requested or just collected, your membership will remain active for another month.
Fixed-Term Membership (3, 6, 9 or 12 Month Membership Paid in Full)
You can't online and will need to contact [email protected] who will be more than happy to help you. You may be entitled to a 50% pro rata'd refund of the unused membership.
Corporate Third-Party Membership
These are set up by your employer, so you will need to contact them directly to arrange the cancellation.
