It's really easy to unfreeze your membership, head here and follow the instructions to unfreeze.
It's immediate, so you can go to the gym straight away once it's unfrozen. You may need to log out and in to the app to refresh it.
Unfreezing before the original end date may mean there is a small amount added on to your next payment to cover your days in the gym for the rest of that month. We will send you an email to confirm this once you've unfrozen your membership.
