If you are unable to set up a payment agreement there are a few things to check:

  • We are a UK company, so we only accept Direct Debits from UK Debit/Current accounts. If you don’t own a UK bank account then you will need to either set one up or ask someone you know if you can use their bank details.

  • We are unable to accept special characters in the name of the account holder, such as accents or apostrophes. If your name includes any special characters please replace any accented letters with a non-accented letter and remove any apostrophes. Please also ensure that the bank account holder name is no longer than 17 characters.

  • Some banks and building societies have introduced '3-D Secure' validation for their accounts. This means an additional layer of security needs to be passed before online payments can be made. If all your details match all the above and are still not being accepted, please speak to your bank to see if this has been enabled on your account and how to pass the security check.
