Speak with members of staff who are located around the gym during staffed hours. All PureGym staff members are fully first-aid trained and will be able to assist you.
If no staff can be found there are emergency buttons located throughout the gym, which are indicated by red signs. These help buttons will call through to our CCTV team and have 2-way communication.
We also have automated external defibrillators (AEDs) and first aid kits in all of our gyms for emergency assistance, and our gyms provide disabled access and inductions that introduce you to your new gym so you can use it safely and confidently.
