Monthly members just need to head to the 'Manage Your Membership' section of your Member's Area to transfer their home gym. Alternatively, you can make the change under 'Your Gym Membership' in the Account section of the app. You can make 4 changes to your membership per payment cycle.
If you're less than 5 working days away from your payment day, you will need to wait until after the payment has been taken to make the change.
If you move to a dearer gym, an extra amount will be added to your next payment to cover your access to that gym for the rest of your payment cycle. The exact amount will be confirmed in an email after you've made the change.
Fixed-term members are not able to change their home gym. Members who receive corporate discount will need to contact us on Facebook Messenger or by email at [email protected] to transfer.
