To upgrade or downgrade your membership type, monthly members just need to head to the 'Manage your Membership' section of your Member's Area on our website here. To add or remove a bolt-on, they just need to head here.
Alternatively, you just need to head to the Account section of our app and then select 'Your Gym Membership'.
Upgrades are instant and will result in an extra amount being added to your next bill to cover your access to the new membership for the rest of your billing cycle.
Fixed-term members are unable to upgrade their membership.
