Issues Downloading the App?
It is supported on IOS version 9 and above, and on Android 7.0 and above. We only support Android phones & tablets and iPhones & iPads. We do constantly review new platforms but at this time we do not currently support other devices.
Issues After the App Has Been Downloaded?
Logging out and in to the app should solve most issues. If you're still having problems, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
Issues with your QR Code?
Please check that you have an internet connection on your phone - the QR code is live, and changes every few minutes so you will need internet for this to work.
Can't log in?
It's likely that you're entering the wrong email address or PIN. Please use the 'Forgotten Your PIN?' tool to receive a PIN reminder by email.
