The app is supported on IOS version 9 and above, and on Android 7.0 and above.

We only support Android phones & tablets and iPhones & iPads. We do constantly review new platforms but at this time we do not currently support other devices.

If you're having issues once downloaded, logging in and out will clear the data and hopefully fix any issues you are having. If you're still having problems, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Having issues with your QR code?

Please check that you have an internet connection on your phone - the QR code is live, and changes every few minutes so you will need internet for this to work.
