Do you have CCTV in the gym?

We continuously invest in maintaining our operations and systems to look out for you when you’re inside our gyms. All our gyms are equipped with CCTV, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. All activity inside of our gyms is recorded, with images being stored for 30 days, unless longer storage is allowed under legislation. Our teams have the ability to monitor and speak directly into a gym using the tannoy system.

Red emergency help points are located throughout our gyms with 2-way communication so that you can speak to someone in our CCTV team to ask for emergency assistance.
