To reduce instances of fraud, we perform checks from time-to-time to see if the same Direct Debit details are being used to pay for multiple memberships. In the instances where our system detects two or more memberships using the same details, they become 'unverified' and emails are sent to the members notifying them of such.

To have the memberships verified, the payer would need to visit their nearest Gym Manager with a form of photo ID and the bank card that is being used to pay for the memberships. If the memberships remain unverified for the time-frame outlined in the email, they will be cancelled.
