In most of our gyms, you can find the following:

  • Cardio equipment - treadmills, cross trainers, stair climbers, steppers, exercise bikes and rowing machines
  • Free weights area - dumbbells up to 50kg, weights benches, squat racks, and plate loaded equipment 
  • Fixed resistance weights - Chest press, shoulder press, biceps curls, lateral pull down machines, leg presses, ab machines, multi-gym stations, hip abductors
  • Fitness studio - the space and equipment in there can be used by members when classes aren't running
  • Functional space - kettlebells and medicine balls in most, battle ropes and TRX in some
