This is a progressive programme designed to be completed one week at a time. We recommend that you follow the programme as intended to reduce the risk of injury or illness
Week 1 Cardio Workout
Get your body moving with Courtney, Phil, and Martelle in your first cardio workout of the programme. Th is 30-minute workout aims to build your cardiovascular endurance, starting with 20 second work intervals and adds 10 seconds every round with core exercises in between.
Week 1 Strength Workout
Join Lance, Celine, and Lara for your first strength workout of the programme. This 30-minute workout will introduce you to some basic strength movements as you move through 2 blocks of standing exercises and 2 blocks of floor exercises using weights.
Week 1 Yoga Workout
Join Rebecca, Josh, and Marina for a 30-minute yoga flow to kick off your first week of the Healthy Hearts Programme. In this week’s flow, you’ll work through seated postures and take time to connect with your breath.
