Oven Baked Paprika Sweet Potato Crisps with Lemon and Avocado Dip

If you’re a savoury lover, there’s no doubt that crisps are a top tier snack! They’re crunchy and full of flavour but if you’re trying to look after your heart health, they might not be the best option to be reaching for on the regular.

If you don’t want to give up on crisps completely, we’ve got you covered! Our oven-baked paprika sweet potato crisps are a healthier alternative to curb your savoury cravings, paired with our creamy lemon and avocado dip.

We use low-calorie oil spray and oven-bake our crisps instead of frying in lots of oil, to cut back on the fat content typically found in crisps.

We also avoid using high-salt seasonings as too much salt can lead to high blood pressure over time. Instead, we season our Sweet Potato Crisps with herbs and spices such as paprika and garlic.

Plus, you get some great benefits from sweet potatoes, especially if you keep the skin on! They’ll add fibre to your diet as well as providing a range of vitamins and minerals.
