About me

I have 6 years of experience as a Personal Trainer, training a variety of clients whose goals range from: Improving fitness levels for marathons and other events; sculpting physiques for Weddings and Holidays or simply learning and building confidence with gym-based exercises. Whatever your focus is, I’m confident I can help you.

Why am I a Personal Trainer? My mission is to help people experience the physical, mental and emotional benefits of fitness as I have. I know first-hand that when you improve your fitness, you’ll wake up every day with new-found confidence, increased productivity and determination to make the most of every day.

I specialise in coaching weight training exercises like the squat, deadlift, and bench press as well as providing nutritional guidance to improve fitness levels and develop physiques. I aim to help people develop their confidence within the gym using barbells/dumbbells and machines.

Working together, we will improve your fitness levels, build lean muscle, increase your strength and burn body fat using a combination of resistance training, simple but effective nutritional advice and various forms of cardio. I aim to make my workouts fun and engaging but most importantly, challenging. My focus will be to motivate you and push you to become your best!

My interests lie in developing strength, building lean muscle and burning body fat. I am also an advocate of stretching/flexibility training which I believe is fundamental to better performance and injury prevention.

I have a successful history of coaching people of all different fitness levels and health conditions, including people with injuries.

Ladies and Gents, listen up, lifting weights will burn body fat and tone your body. You will not get bulky! When done correctly, you’ll burn more calories and fat on weight training exercises than the equivalent time spent doing cardio. However, we will not neglect cardio as it serves a purpose in all workouts.
