I got into fitness and weight lifting in 2014. In that time I’ve learnt a lot, and eventually got to the stage where I loved it so much that I wanted to help others experience the benefits of exercise and weight lifting in particular.
But it’s such a difficult thing to know what to do, when to do it, if it’s actually working and if you’re even doing it right and it aligns with your goals. It is a minefield out there, and there’s a lot of misinformation too.
I want to help people achieve the goals they never thought they could achieve, without having to be extreme with their diet and their training, which in turn will mean you will be consistent, and once you’ve reached your goals you’ll actually stay there because you will have found a sustainable system that works for YOU.
