Hi I'm Emma of EMZ Coaching
Have you ever lost your way, don't know where to start? Well I’m here to take the guesswork out of training & nutrition for you to kickstart your fitness journey.
Whilst studying my HNC/HND in Fitness, Health & Exercise I worked at Curves helping women feel confident whilst achieving their fat loss and strength goals, cheering them along every step of the way.
At the same time I instructed pole dancing helping women overcome barriers and build amazing
strength, flexibility, coordination… and most of all self-confidence!
I then went to university to study my BSc (Hons) in Exercise & Health Science, where the stress of exams left me no time to keep fit (or so I told myself), this was me not prioritising my own health & well-being, I felt miserable and it showed!
So, after years of low self-confidence I made the leap to become a Personal Trainer and help other people get out of the same ruts I found myself stuck in. I feel like I FINALLY cracked the code how to stay fit, healthy and happy.
