I’m your friendly northern lass, with a huge passion for fitness and nutrition. I understand that every fitness journey is different, and that sometimes the gym floor can feel really overwhelming. We all have our anxious days and insecurities, but I’m here to help reduce those feelings, by providing you with my knowledge, expertise, and moral support, to boost your confidence. As your coach, I’m here to encourage you, motivate you, and hold you accountable. Fitness isn’t just about the physical changes though. I am a huge advocate for mental well-being and a positive mindset, so I’ve got you on the days you don’t feel 100%. I’ll challenge you too, but only because I believe in your potential, and I know you can do it. Your sessions with me will be designed specifically for you, and they won’t be boring - I promise! You have my full commitment and personal investment to help you reach your goals.
