My Fitness Journey & Experience: I’ve been passionate about fitness from a young age, running women’s football, badminton, and multi-sport clubs for 6 years. During this time, I received multiple coaching awards at Tryst Community Sports Club and served as the Sports Ambassador, where I encouraged others to get active and pursue their fitness goals.
Puregym: I’ve been with PureGym since it opened and was proud to receive the first-ever “PT of the Month” award. I’ve worked with men and women, aged 16 to 65, of all abilities, helping them achieve goals like weight loss, muscle toning, strength, and definition. I’ve also become a full-rent PT, reflecting my dedication and the success of my business.
