My name is Lisa and fitness genuinely saved my life.
I found a love for fitness many years ago and loved the positive impact it had on both my physical and mental health - I have now been training for over 7 years. It became something I was (and still am) extremely passionate about, so made it my goal to share this with as many people as possible, which led me to want to change careers over to fitness and personal training.
On becoming pregnant in 2022, I remained focussed on fitness throughout and after training up until 5 days before giving birth, I thought it only right to to be pre/postnatal qualified too, to share what I have learnt and the benefits of exercise for both mums and babies.
I offer 1-1 PT, hybrid and online coaching.
