Hi I’m Molly,
I first stepped foot into a gym as a teenager who just wanted to use the gym as a tool to help with my fitness for my football. Initially I felt scared and intimidated but once I took that leap through the gym doors I haven’t looked back and fitness is now my passion.
My mission as a PT is to help others to take that leap and guide them through their fitness journey whether it be fat loss, muscle gain, strength gain or complete change of lifestyle. I will be with you every step of the way with encouragement and support on your journey.
