I am Dr. Pyollim Hong and I am originally from South Korea. I am an academic (PhD in education), functional athlete and mother of two. I am now a personal trainer sharing my knowledge and experience about fitness and training with the wider community of every athletes just like you and me.
My goal as a coach is to empower my clients with the informative and balanced guidance, motivation and accountability so that you learn to track, measure and progress via well-designed training programmes to take your performance to the next level and achieve your dream physique!
My core strength as a coach is an ability to educate clients about evidence-based methods that are clinically and scientifically tested and proved. The fitness achievements are never a result of aimless, random exercises or fad diets, but an outcome of purposeful training programmes and nutrition plans that are made up of strategically chosen movements, activities, macros and micro-nutrients. As part of wider academic community, I research, develop and design training programmes nutrition plans to build muscle, gain strength and increase fitness. This evidence-based approach ensures ZERO waste in your time, energy and money(!) in achieving your fitness goals.
