Hi, I’m Sam, I'm passionate about helping clients unlock their full potential through strength training, injury rehabilitation, and sustainable weight loss. I became a personal trainer to help others lead healthier, more confident lives and to show them that their fitness goals are within reach.
Over the years, I’ve worked with everyone from complete beginners stepping into the gym for the first time to seasoned athletes striving to enhance their performance. My mission is to empower you to take control of your fitness journey, whether you’re rebuilding after an injury, boosting your confidence in the gym, or achieving goals you never thought possible.
Outside the gym, you’ll often find me riding motorcycles or enjoying the great outdoors. Whether it’s exploring scenic trails or taking to the open road, I value a life full of adventure, balance, and staying active.
I'm also a parent and understand we have other commitments and barriers to work around in order to make our fitness goals a priority without impacting our roles as parents and getting that balance right.
