Hi, I'm Teddie!
At 25, I turned my passion for exercise science and nutrition into a profession as a trainer. Since then, I've developed my own coaching app and authored a book on women's physiology and hormones.
I offer a wide range of services, from fun boxing sessions to achieving aesthetic goals like fat loss and glute programs. I take a comprehensive approach to your health, fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle to understand and overcome your challenges.
