Hi everyone, I’m Tim, welcome to Puregym Bromsgrove. I went through a tough time a few years ago, but joining the gym was an absolute life changer for me. Becoming more active has improved every area of my life, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. It’s not just the physical benefits, it’s the mental health benefits it brings too. I have since helped many people achieve their goals - from losing body fat and improving their body toning, to strength and muscle building, increasing their cardiovascular fitness and boosting their confidence. I also help clients continue their rehabilitation after an injury and work with clients with more complex requirements, such as stroke recovery, or who may have a disability or health condition. I can show you how to get the very best out of all the equipment in the gym, and boost your performance with specialised functional training, particularly if you are training for sport or a competition.
