I’ve been a Personal Trainer for 9 years. My expertise and passion is in nutrition and muscle building after struggling for many years to overcome excess body weight, anorexia and low self-esteem.
I decided to become a Personal Trainer to support my recovery and developed my own nutrition and training program/s which provides a structure with flexibility which guides you through creating a healthy balanced diet that is right for you and your lifestyle aswell as being the foundations to support your physical exercise and mental health.
I offer 1 to 1 , couples and group Personal Training sessions to enable affordability to everyone. I also offer a package whereby you can work out alongside me (Although these spaces are very limited, as thereis only one of me:-)), I will bring out and develop your mindset and give you the ability push past your limits in a safe supportive space.
I want to inspire and provide the tools to support clients to enable them to make the changes needed to have a healthier all round lifestyle. Mind, body and soul.
