PT Survey Terms of Consent

This document details how we handle your data if you have given consent for PureGym to provide your data to a Personal Trainer to contact you. You can always withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
Please note that by clicking yes on the previous form, you consent to PureGym disclosing your contact information and preferences to a Personal Trainer on the basis that the Personal Trainer will contact you.
As a reminder, Personal Trainers are not employed by PureGym and each acts as a third-party individual company. PureGym will only provide (thorough a Gym Manager or Assistant Gym Manager) the categories of data listed below to a Personal Trainer. If you have any questions on how your personal data will be handled by the Personal Trainer's business, please ask the Personal Trainer when they get in touch with you.
Your consent covers disclosure of the following information (data you have provided, including contact details, your gender preference, goal, preferences for PT and membership ID). The process is that:
- The data you have provided will be passed on to a Gym Manager or Assistant Gym Manager at PureGym
- Membership ID and preferences for PT are sent via a private internal email from PureGym's CRM system directly to the Gym Manager of your home gym
- Once a Gym Manager receives your data, they will match you with a PT at your home gym based on your responses
- A Personal Trainer will then contact you directly and discuss next steps.
Your individual responses will be stored by PureGym for use in business analytics for up to 24 weeks following you providing your consent, and will then be securely deleted.
You may be contacted by a member of PureGym via email to ask for feedback on this PT connection service.
PureGym accepts no responsibility for any contract entered into by you with a Personal Trainer.
