Working out in groups can be a great way to keep your motivation high, so we have more than 50 free fitness classes available every week. Free Parking* (for up to 2 hours) is available at The Stamford Quarter Car Park on 30-34 George Street. Please make sure to validate your parking using our parking validation machine in the gym. *Parking restrictions may apply. Please check in the car park before you enter the gym.
