I’m Kim, a fitness instructor and ladies only personal trainer here at PureGym. I began my career in 2023 from my love of the gym, fitness and health. From a young age my hobbies were martial arts, group training and running at a competitive level.
After a tough few years of personal health issues and being diagnosed with both a rare bone disease and severe arthritis in my hands and feet, I was forced to retire from all these activities and previous career leading to mental health issues and weight gain.
My goal is to help all those who are or have been in the same situation of gaining weight, struggling with mental health and confidence in themselves and the gym. We will work together to create a plan and set your goals, whether this is weight loss, muscle gain or to simply tone up, by focusing on both your fitness and diet journey.
