I first started my fitness interest in 2018 where I had no idea what I was doing. I’ve made the mistakes, so you don’t have to!

My goal is to make your transition into fitness as easy and smooth as possible, providing my support throughout your fitness journey.

I have both experience in training with normal gym equipment and bodyweight workouts (calisthenics which is my specialty).
